We decided to have lunch out today and found ourselves at Pizza Hut. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of vegetarian options at the buffet. There were two different pasta dishes, a salad bar, and vegetarian pizza. I was definitely glad for the pizza because it was the *only* one that didn't have the hot dog stuffed crusts (and those crusts give me shudders). And then of course there was the apple dessert thing, which is always yummy.
I am not pretending that this was a healthy lunch and I'm not denying that I overdid it. But it was still nice to have a few different options.
Moving towards cruelty-free living, one carrot at a time. (Sorry bunnies, now you have to share!)
